Hard Working Mothers - Delicate! - Aren't We?

As the 50 years old working mother of 3 teens currently aged sixteen, 17 & twenty-two, I recall too darn clearly the conflict of proceeding back to work after my first son came into this world in 1986. I found myself never at peace. The moment I was home I believed I was slacking with my work duties. When ever I was working I missed my baby boy. I've realized, as time have moved on, that we women are for sure the more robust gender. We've got the ability to handle almost everything, family home, work, family, plus, oh yes, look beautiful all at the same time. My suggestions is to give yourself a break Nothing is improper with your beliefs and feelings, regardless of how insane you feel at times. I have learned that some of the greatest young people have been raised by employed mums. Mothers who build and maintain a career also maintain a strong feeling of self. This could certainly make it possible for a woman to bring a more reasonable technique in to child-rearing, notably as a child gets older and matures. The lady that has invested time away from the house and manages real life on a day after day basis may very well be a lot better prepared to catch the left hooks that can be tossed at all of us. Parenting has never been a fairy tail. I cherish a line I heard in the movie Parenting: "...life is messy". Very funny but don't you think the reality. In addition , i discovered that a daily exercise session is an effective way to clear your head. Try this: Sit up upright, take in air all the way through your nose and simply exhale through your mouth, lower your shoulders, relax your neck and take a minute to stretch. Don't forget, never stop movin'!
